Simran Sahni Appointed as the New Chairperson of FLO Lucknow Chapter

The FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) proudly announces that Pooja Garg from Lucknow has assumed office as the 43rd National President of FLO for the 2026–27 term.
Addressing a press conference today at Hotel Fortune on Jopling Road, she stated that during her one-year tenure, she would focus on empowering women. To this end, she intends to create an enabling ecosystem that fosters entrepreneurship, industrial participation, and the economic advancement of women. Under her leadership, FLO will undertake several initiatives to encourage greater contributions by women to India’s industrial and economic growth narrative.
Newly appointed National President Pooja Garg remarked, “As I take on the responsibility of leading this extraordinary collective of women across India, my vision is clear and deeply committed: to strengthen FLO from within and to expand its impact on a broader scale. This guiding theme—‘Strength Within, Scale Beyond’—reflects a strategic focus on institutional excellence, enhanced coordination among chapters, and a bold expansion of our national and global influence.”

She added, “FLO is not merely a network; it is a powerful institution built on the pillars of leadership, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and meaningful impact. It represents the collective power of women shaping India’s economic and social future. My commitment is to ensure that FLO remains the most trusted and influential platform for women across diverse sectors, regions, and generations.”
Pooja Garg further stated, “Our initiatives will be centered on sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, skill development, and leadership—all guided by a vision for long-term and scalable transformation. As India advances toward the goal of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ (Developed India 2047), women will be a pivotal part of this journey. FLO must not merely participate in these discussions; we must also play a proactive role in shaping them.” The FLO Lucknow Chapter also announced its Executive Committee, led by the new Chairperson, Simran Sahni. Simran Sahni is a nutritionist and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, and she is the co-founder of Health Zone & Wellness and Kiros Foods.

Outgoing President Vandita Agarwal,
Senior Vice President Devanshi Seth, Vice President Nivedita Singh, Treasurer Mitali Oswal,
Secretary Pragya Agarwal, and Joint Treasurers Aditi Jaggi Rastogi and Vasudha Jain.

Additionally, Swati Verma has assumed charge as the National Initiative Lead – Exports.
The FLO Lucknow Chapter is also privileged to enjoy strong representation within the National Governing Body, which includes Madhuri Halwasiya, Anju Narain, Swati Verma, and Arushi Tandon.
